ADAPTER: we provide you international adapter plug free of charge
at the reception desk.

AIR-CONDITIONING: The room thermostat can be controlled
manually. It only works in justified cases, according to the season.
If you need help, please contact the Reception.
ADDITIONAL TOILETRIES: We are happy to provide you with a dental kit, vanity set or a shaving set. These amenities are available at the reception desk 24 hours a day for an extra charge.
BABY CARE : Baby cot, baby bath, potty and a high chair are available on request at our reception.

BAR: Cold and hot beverages, alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours
a day at our bar on the ground floor.

BICYCLE RENTAL: There are several possibilities for bike tours in the
area. The nearest bike rental possibility is located only 1 minute
walking distance from the hotel. Please contact the reception, if
you wish to rent a bike or need information of routes, dial: 0.

BLANKET: Please contact our reception to have a complimentary
extra blanket sent to your room, dial: 0.

BREAKFAST: Start your day with a sumptuous buffet breakfast in our breakfast room from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The price of the
breakfast is 3.500 HUF / person / day.On request, our colleagues serve you from the buffet to your table.

BREAKFAST PACKAGE: If you wish to have a leave the hotel before
7:00 a.m. on the check-out day, please inform our reception
latest by 12 am the day before, so we can prepare you a breakfast

CAR RENTAL: Should you wish to rent a car, please, kindly contact
our reception for further information, rental terms and conditions.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: On the day of arrival we have your room
prepared for you as of 2.00 p.m. On the day of departure we
kindly ask you to vacate your room until 10.00 a.m. If you require
a late check-out, please contact the reception. In case the hotels
occupancy justifies it, we charge an extra fee for the late checkout

CITY MAP: The map of Budapest is available at our reception free
of charge.

CLEANING THE ROOM: Our Housekeeping does the daily
cleaning until 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Bed linen are changed
twice a week, unless otherwise requested. In order to protect the
environment, towels are also changed twice a week. Should you
wish to have your towels changed more frequently please leave
them dropped on the bathroom floor. Should you leave your
towels hanging in the bathroom, it means you do not wish to
have them changed.

COAT- HANGERS: Coat hangers can be found in your room. Should
you require more than the amount provided, please, do not hesitate
to contact the reception, dial: 0.
CREDIT CARDS: The following major credit cards are accepted at
our hotel: American Express, Eurocard/ Mastercard, Maestro, Visa
and Visa electron cards. Please, contact our reception for further
DENTAL CLINIC: if you wish to call the dental clinic please dial 10.
DO NOT DISTURB: In case you do not wish to be disturbed, please
hang your ‘Do not disturb’ card on your door handle. If phone calls
should not be passed to your room, please advise the Reception. It
is part of our security policy not to give out any room numbers of
our hotel guests.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: If you have any special requirements
please contact the Receptionist on duty at your earliest
convinience who will be happy to assist.

DISABLED ACCESS ROOM: We have designed one of our rooms for our guests with limited mobility, which is easily accessible and usable by a          wheelchair. Its bathroom is specially equipped to ensure accessibility and comfort. Extra chair for the shower can be requested at the reception. For further assistance and information, please contact our reception staff! 
DRINKING WATER: The tap water is drinkable, although it might have
some unusual taste. Bottled still and sparkling water can be bought
from our 24 hours opened bar on the ground floor.

ELECTRICITY: The voltage is 220V in Hungary. Please, contact our
reception for adapters or converters.

ELECTRIC OUTLETS: All electric outlets in your room are off when
your room key card is not inserted in the control box. If you would
like to have an additional card so that you may charge any appliances
please ask at reception.

ENVELOPE AND STATIONERY: In case you should need an
envelope or writing paper, please contact the Reception, dial: 0.

FIRE ESCAPE PLAN: Please, read the instructions carefully and
locate the emergency exits near to you. In case of fire green
lights on the corridors guide you to the exits. Should you see fire,
please, immediately dial extension 0 for the reception. The fire
extinguishers and fire alarms are well marked in red. Do not use
the elevators in case of fire. The staircase leads you to the ground
floor of the hotel.
FLOWERS: Please contact the reception should you need a flower
bouquet, dial: 0.
HAIR DRYER: All rooms are equipped with hair dryers in the

INFORMATION: Brochures and information materials about the city
of Budapest and its surroundings are available at our reception.

IRON & IRONING BOARD: Please contact the reception for a
complimentary iron and ironing board.

IRONING: We kindly ask you to bring your clothes to the reception
and we will return them in your room until 10:00 AM next day.
Please find our ironing price list in your wardrobe next to the
laundry bag.

KEYS: Please leave your keycards at the reception upon checkout.
Should you lose a keycard, you will be charged an extra amount
of 3 EUR.

LAUNDRY SERVICE: We kindly ask you to put your clothes into the
laundry bag you can find in your wardrobe and bring them to the
reception until 09:00 AM and the cleaned clothes can be picked
up on the same day, about which the reception will inform you.

LOST AND FOUND: Please contact the reception to assist you.
Lost and found articles, except for perishable items, are kept for
six months.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: The hotel provides a luggage room free of
charge. For further information please contact the Reception,

LUGGAGE TRANSFER: The hotel provides assistance with
luggage transfer up to the room free of charge.


MAINTENANCE: Should you find any equipment in your room to
be out of order, please kindly inform the reception, dial: 0.
MESSAGE: Messages will be delivered directly to your room. For all
your incoming messages, while you wish to be undisturbed, we
leave a note on your door asking to contact the reception to pick up
your message whenever it is suitable for you.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: Please, contact our reception, dial:0.
MOBILE PHONE: Mobile telephones can be used throughout the
hotel, although kindly refrain from usage in the restaurant/ bar and
common areas. For the well-being of our guests we trust on your
kind understanding that the ringing tone has to be kept on a low
level in the breakfast room and inside the hotel. If you wish to charge
your telephone in the room, please note that it is only possible while
the key card is inserted in the white electricity box next to the room
MONEY EXCHANGE: EUR and HUF (Hungarian forint) cash payment
at the reception is accepted, however money exchange in the hotel
is not possible. The reception may advise you of the nearby banks,
exchange offices and their opening hours. Our hotel does not accept €500 banknotes.
NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES: Complimentary newspapers and
magazines are available at the lobby.
PARKING: For those who travel with car we can suggest one of the
parking houses in the neighborhood. For more information please

PETROL STATION: There are several petrol stations near the center of
the town within 10-15 minutes by car. Please contact the reception
for directions.
PHARMACY, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: Please, contact our reception,

PHOTOCOPYING: Photocopying is available at the reception for a
surcharge. Please, contact our reception for further information
and rates.
PILLOW: Please, contact our reception to have a complimentary extra
pillow delivered to your room, dial: 0.
POST OFFICE: The closest post office is located 2 minutes from the
hotel. If you wish to send mail, please hand it on to the reception
and we will handle it for you.
PRINT: You have the possibility to print at the reception desk for
surcharge. Please send the documents you wish to print to For further information please dial 0.
PUBLIC TELEPHONE: Telephone calls can be initiated from our
reception. Please, contact the reception for further information and
RADIO: You can access radio channels using the smart function
of the TV (To access smart menu please press the “house icon”
twice). Please find the Radio and television channel’s list next to
the TV.
RECEPTION: Our reception team is at your kind disposal 24 hours
every day of the week either in person or via house phone on

SEWING KIT: We are happy to provide you with a sewing kit. These are available at the reception desk
24 hours a day. 
SEWING SERVICES: Available for an extra charge. For more information, please contact our Reception. 
ROOM RESERVATION: Should you wish to book a room for your

SAFE AND RESPONSIBILITY: Please, keep your valuables in
the room safe or at our reception. The hotel does not take any
responsibility for the valuables left in the room. Please find the

SAFETY CAMERA: Please be informed that for your safety, we equipped our public areas and the corridors with cameras for your
safety. Additional storage is possible in the central safe at the reception, please contact our staff for more information.
SHOE SHINING: Shoe shining machine is available on the ground
floor in the lobby.
SHOE CLEANING KIT: Available at our reception for an extra charge. 
SHOPS: Please contact the reception for the list of shops and
opening hours.
SIGHTSEEING, EXCURSIONS: Budapest and its surroundings
offer a wide range of programs and excursions. Please contact
our reception for further information.
SMOKING: Please note that 12 Revay Hotel is a dedicated nonsmoking
hotel for the comfort and health of our guests. Smoking
is prohibited in the 5 meter area of the Hotel entrance. Please
smoke only in allocated areas. Please not if you do not observe
the smoking rules, the hotel has the right to charge 200 EUR extra
reception (dial: 0). If you would like to order an airport transfer, or
wish to reserve an Airport Shuttle Minibus (ASM). Please notify us
24 hours in advance.
TELEVISION: You can switch on the TV with the help of the remote
control and choose any program from an international selection
of channels, which we always adjust to the needs of our guests.
Our rooms are equipped with smart TV on you can play games
and use internet free of charge.

TIME ZONE: The local time in Hungary is based on the Mid-
European time (Greenwich Mean Time +1 hour). To find out the

TIPPING: The service charges in Hungary are not included in the
prices of the hotels and restaurants – unless otherwise indicated.
Should you feel that you received a very good service, of course a
tip is always welcome. As a general idea 10% to 15% of the total
price is recommended.
UMBRELLA: Umbrellas are complimentary to use and are available
at the reception.
WAKE-UP SERVICE: Please, kindly advise our reception about the
time you wish to have the wake up call, dial 0.
WI-FI: In the guest rooms and all common areas you will be able to
access the internet via the free of charge WIFI connectivity. For
