The following information shall help you to familiarize yourself with all our facilities. In case you have any additional requests or wishes, please do not hesitate to ask our receptionists for assistance.

ADAPTER: In case you would need a mobile phone charger or an international converter, adapter, you can ask for them free of charge at the reception desk.

AIR-CONDITIONING: The room thermostat can be controlled manually and you can turn off and on the air conditioning. It only works in justified cases, according to the season. If you need help, please contact the reception.
 
BABY CARE : Baby cot, baby bath, potty and a high chair are available on request at our reception.
 
BANK, ATM: The nearest bank where you can withdraw cash is located 9-minute-walk from our hotel: UniCredit Bank - Szabadság tér 5.
 
BAR: Cold and hot beverages, alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at our bar on the ground floor. You can find more information in our bar's menu by clicking here.
 
BATHROOM: All of our rooms' bathrooms are equpped with shower which has a corrugated non-slip surface. In addition you can request an insertable non-slip device at the reception in case of need.
 
BICYCLE RENTAL: There are several possibilities for bike tours in the area. The nearest bike rental possibility is located only 1 minute walking distance from the hotel. Please contact the reception, if you wish to rent a bike or need information of routes.
 
BLANKET: Please contact our reception to have a complimentary extra blanket sent to your room.

BREAKFAST: Start your day with a sumptuous buffet breakfast in our breakfast room from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. The price of the breakfast is EUR 15 / person / day. On request, our colleagues serve you from the buffet to your table.
 
BREAKFAST PACKAGE: If you wish to leave the hotel before 7:00 AM on the check-out day, please inform our reception latest by 12 AM the day before, so we can prepare you a breakfast package.
 
CAR RENTAL: Should you wish to rent a car, please, kindly contact our reception for further information, rental terms and conditions.
 
CCTV CAMERA: Please be informed that for your safety, we equipped our public areas and the corridors with cameras for your safety.
 
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: On the day of arrival we have your room prepared for you as of 2.00 pm. If you arrive earlier, we cannot guarantee your room will be ready, however, our staff is doing their best to hand over your room to you as soon as possible. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room until 10.00 am. If you require a late check-out, please contact the reception. In case the hotels occupancy justifies it, we charge an extra fee for the late checkout.
 
CITY MAP: The map of Budapest is available at our reception free of charge.
 
CLEANING THE ROOM: Our Housekeeping does the daily cleaning until 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Bed linen are changed twice a week, unless otherwise requested. In order to protect the environment, towels are also changed twice a week. Should you wish to have your towels changed more frequently please leave them dropped on the bathroom floor. Should you leave your towels hanging in the bathroom, it means you do not wish to have them changed.
You can indicate you do not need daily cleaning in your room by placing the "do not disturb sign" on your door handle from outside. In case our collagues cannot enter your room, after 3PM you can ask for new towels or extra toilet paper at the reception.
 
COAT- HANGERS: Coat hangers can be found in your room. Should you require more than the amount provided, please, do not hesitate to contact the reception.
 
CREDIT CARDS: The following major credit cards are accepted at our hotel: American Express, Eurocard/ Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa electron cards. Please, contact our reception for further information.
 
DENTAL CLINIC: if you would have questions to the dental clinic please dial 10.
 
DO NOT DISTURB: In case you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang your ‘Do not disturb’ card on your door handle. If phone calls should not be passed to your room, please advise the Reception. It is part of our security policy not to give out any room numbers of our hotel guests. We reserve the right to enter your room even while using the doorknob card.
 
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: If you have any special requirements please contact the Receptionist on duty at your earliest convinience who will be happy to assist.
 
DISABLED ACCESS ROOM: We have designed one of our rooms for our guests with limited mobility, which is easily accessible and usable by a wheelchair. Its bathroom is specially equipped to ensure accessibility and comfort. Extra chair can be requested at the reception. For further assistance and information, please contact our reception staff! 
 
DO NOT DISTURB: If you do not want to be disturbed, please hang the door handle card "Do not disturb" on the door of your room from outside. If you do not want to receive phone calls during this time please let our reception know. According to our house rules we do not share room numbers with visitors.
 
DRINKING WATER: The tap water is drinkable. Bottled still and sparkling water can be bought from our 24 hours opened bar on the ground floor.
 
ELECTRICITY: The voltage is 220V in Hungary. Please, contact our reception for adapters or converters.
 
ELECTRIC OUTLETS: All electric outlets in your room are off when your room key card is not inserted in the control box.
 
ELEVATOR: All hotel floors are accessible by lift.

ENVELOPE AND STATIONERY: In case you should need an envelope or writing paper, please contact the Reception.
 
EXTRA CHAIR FOR THE ROOM: Upon request we can prepare and extra chair. For further information, please ask our reception.
 
FIRE ESCAPE PLAN: Please, read the instructions carefully and locate the emergency exits near to you. In case of fire green lights on the corridors guide you to the exits. Should you see fire, please, immediately dial extension 0 for the reception. The fire extinguishers and fire alarms are well marked in red. Do not use the elevators in case of fire. The staircase leads you to the ground floor of the hotel.
 
FIRST AID: Our receptionists will assist in giving first aid. We are unable to give out any medication.
 
FLOWERS: Please contact the reception should you need a flower bouquet.
 
GUEST FEEDBACK: In our hotels and at Accent Hotels we truly care about your customer experience. We would be grateful if you are willing to give us a little time and share your opinion and experience with us. Please fill in the questionnaire located in your room or rate us online on our website. Thank you for your cooperation. 
 
HAIR DRYER: All rooms are equipped with hair dryers in the bathrooms.
 
HEATING: The room thermostat can be controlled manually and you can also turn off and on the heating. It only works in justified cases, according to the season. If you need help, please contact the reception.
 
ICE: Should you need some ice, please contact the reception.
 
INFORMATION MATERIALS: We are happy to provide information about our surroundings and programmes. Brochures and information materials about the city of Budapest and its surroundings are available at our reception.
 
INTERNET: In our guest rooms and in the communal areas broadband wireless internet services are provided to our hotel guests free of charge.
 
IRON & IRONING BOARD: Please contact the reception for a complimentary iron and ironing board.
 
IRONING: Upon request we can iron requested clothing within 1 hour. For prices and the service please ask our reception.
 
KEYCARDS: Please leave your keycards at the reception upon checkout. Should you lose a keycard, you will be charged an extra amount of 3 EUR.
 
LAUNDRY SERVICE: We kindly ask you to put your clothes into the laundry bag you can find in your wardrobe and bring them to the reception until 09:00 AM weekdays and the cleaned clothes can be picked up until 09:30AM following weekday. Please find our laundry service price list in your wardrobe next to the laundry bag.
 
LIBRARY: On the ground floor you can find a library and a reading corner, here you can rent books anytime or even donate books for future guests.
 
LOBBY BAR: Our lobby bar offers various alcohol-free and alcoholic drinks 24/7. For more information check the drink list of our bar by clicking here.
 
LOST AND FOUND: Please contact the reception to assist you. Lost and found articles, except for perishable items, are kept for six months. We will be happy to ship them to you in exchange for the shipment fee being paid in advance.
 
LUGGAGE STORAGE: The hotel provides a luggage room free of charge. For further information please contact the Reception.
 
LUGGAGE TRANSFER: The hotel provides assistance with luggage transfer, please contact the reception. Additional fees may apply.
 
MAINTENANCE: Should you find any equipment in your room to be out of order, please kindly inform the reception, dial: 0.
 
MESSAGE: Messages will be delivered directly to your room, but on your request you can pick them up at the reception as well.
 
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: Please, contact our reception.
 
MOBILE PHONE: Mobile telephones can be used throughout the hotel, although kindly refrain from usage in the restaurant/ bar and common areas. For the well-being of our guests we trust on your kind understanding that the ringing tone has to be kept on a low level in the breakfast room and inside the hotel.
 
MONEY EXCHANGE: EUR and HUF (Hungarian forint) cash payment at the reception is accepted, however money exchange in the hotel is not possible. The reception may advise you of the nearby banks, exchange offices and their opening hours. Our hotel does not accept €500 banknotes.
 
NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES: Complimentary newspapers and magazines are available at the lobby.
 
PAPER COSMETIC WIPES: Bathroom amenity, if you require more, please indicate your extra requirements at reception.
 
PARKING: For those who travel with car we can suggest one of the parking houses in the neighborhood. For more information please contact the reception.
 
PAYMENT: You can pay in Hungarian Forint and in Euro. The following bank cards are accepted for payment: American Express, Eurocard/Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron. Our hotel also accepts SZÉP cards, MKB, OTP and K&H cards are accepted.
 
PETROL STATION: There are several petrol stations near the center of the town within 10-15 minutes by car. The nearest station is located within 10 minutes by car from our hotel: OMV - Baross utca 5. Please contact the reception for directions.
 
PHARMACY, MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: The nearest pharmacy is approximately 3-minute-walk far from our hotel. For more information, please contact our reception. 'Ó utcai gyógyszertár': Bajcsy-Zsilinszky köz 1.
 
PHOTOCOPYING: Photocopying and printing is available at the reception. Surcharge may apply. Please, contact our reception for further information and rates.
 
PILLOW: Please, contact our reception to have a complimentary extra pillow delivered to your room.
 
POST OFFICE: The closest post office is located 5 minutes from the hotel.
 
PRINT: You have the possibility to print documents at the reception desk. Please send the documents you wish to print to hotel@12revayhotel.com. For further information please contact the reception staff. Charges my apply for this service.
 
PUBLIC TELEPHONE: Telephone calls can be initiated from our reception. Please, contact the reception for further information and rates.
 
RADIO: You can access a few radio channels using your TV.
 
RECEPTION: Our reception team is at your kind disposal 24 hours every day of the week either in person or via house phone on extension 0.

SAFE AND RESPONSIBILITY: Please, keep your valuables in the room safe or at our reception. The hotel does not take any responsibility for the valuables left in the room. Please find the description about the use of the safe here.
Additional storage is possible in the central safe at the reception, please contact our staff for more information.
 
SEWING KIT: Standard amenity in your room, however, if you would need more, it is available for sale at the reception.

SHOE SHINING: Shoe shining machine is available on the ground floor in the lobby.
 
SHOE CLEANING KIT: In addition to the shoe cleaning machine in the lobby, you will also find a shoe cleaning kit and shoe scoop in your room.
 
SHOE CLEANING SERVICE: Upon request we can clean your shoes, the time of the cleaning depends from the shoe’s material. For prices and the service please ask our reception.
 
SHOPS: Please contact the reception for the list of shops and opening hours.
 
SIGHTSEEING, EXCURSIONS: Budapest and its surroundings offer a wide range of programs and excursions. Please contact our reception for further information.
 
SLIPPERS: If required, slippers are available for sale at the reception,
 
SMOKING: Please note that 12 Revay Hotel is a dedicated nonsmoking hotel for the comfort and health of our guests. Smoking is prohibited in the 5 meter area of the Hotel entrance. Please smoke only in designated areas. Please note if you do not observe the smoking rules, the hotel has the right to charge 200 EUR extra fee.
 
SPECIAL DIET: If you have special dietary requirements regarding breakfast, please indicate such requests every day to reception and our staff will assist you further, even in selection of allergen-free ingredients.
 
TAXI & AIRPORT TRANSFER RESERVATION: If you would like to order a taxi, or wish to reserve an airport transfer service please contact our reception for more information and reservations.

TIPPING: The service charges in Hungary are not included in the prices of the hotels and restaurants – unless otherwise indicated. Should you feel that you received a very good service, of course a tip is always welcome. As a general idea 10% to 15% of the total price is recommended.
 
TOILETRIES: Shaving kit, toothbrush, toothpaste, vanity set and shower cap are available for sale at the reception.
 
UMBRELLA: Umbrellas are complimentary to use and are available at the reception.
 
WAKE-UP SERVICE: Please, kindly advise our reception about the time you wish to have the wake up call, dial 0.
 
WI-FI: In the guest rooms and all common areas you will be able to access the internet via the free of charge WIFI connectivity. For further information please contact the reception.
